Terms of service

Shop minimum is $7 before shipping & taxes! If your order does not meet the minimum, it will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. 

Shipping prices are calculated by Shopify for USPS Priority & UPS. USPS first class/ground advantage has flat rates set up by regions.

If your order is larger, please select UPS - as large orders of boxes/bubbles will need to ship in a box via UPS. If the correct shipping isn’t selected or Shopify didn’t charge enough - I will have to send you an email and invoice for the extra shipping. I do apologize in advance for this inconvenience! 

If you ever think your shipping price it NOT correct, please email me before checking out. Please send your zip code, email, shipping total, & screenshots of what you would like. I can check on the price & manually invoice you if needed! Once you pay, I cannot make any adjustments. Please double check everything before you pay, once you checkout you are agreeing that everything is correct! [delaneycomailers@gmail.com]

If claims need to be made with Route for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please know that Route does NOT cover shipping costs. If you select for the order to be replaced, YOU will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Route ONLY covers product replacements!

Locals!! When you select local pickup, it is YOUR responsibility to contact me to schedule a pickup time & to get my address! After one week of your order not being picked up, they will be returned to stock and there will NOT be a refund issued!
