Shipping policy

Current processing time is 1-7 business days! Business days do not include weekends & holidays. Tracking info will be emailed to you, please check spam/promotional folders for emails. Please make sure you add an email at checkout, or you will not get these updates! [You can also download the SHOP or ROUTE app!]

USPS & UPS are experiencing huge delays, so please understand this is out of my control.

Please note that processing times and shipping times are not the same. My turn around time is up to 7 business days, that is processing time. Shipping time, is up to USPS & UPS as I have no control over when it will be delivered. 

Please make sure all shipping info is correct before checking out. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses. If shipments are sent back to me, you are responsible for additional shipping charges. 

Once I have shipped your orders, please contact USPS & UPS with any questions about the delivery of your items! 

If claims need to be made with Route for lost, stolen, or damaged packages - please know that Route does NOT cover shipping costs. If you select for the order to be replaced, YOU will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Route ONLY covers product replacements!
