Refund policy

All sales are final. There will be no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges!

Once you place an order, you are agreeing that everything is correct! Please double check your shopping carts, sizes, address, shipping costs, discount codes, etc.

If I have to update your address, I will refund the order minus any fees I paid and resend your invoice. This is up to my discretion depending on payment method, etc. [to protect buyer/seller protection]

If there is an issue with your order, please email me to discuss the matter within 24 hours of receiving the package. [delaneycomailers@gmail.com]

If I missed an item that you ordered, I will refund the missing item! Please email with pictures of your order, so I can refund accordingly to the payment method you ordered with. 

I do offer Route Insurance. If you opt out of Route then your first class packages will NOT be covered with insurance. If your packages are shipped priority, then you will still have USPS insurance. However, you could risk them denying the claim. If claims need to be made, please contact Route or USPS. You can email me, if you need guidance!

If claims need to be made with Route for lost, stolen, or damaged packages - please know that Route does NOT cover shipping costs. If you select for the order to be replaced, YOU will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Route ONLY covers product replacements!

If for any reason I decide to refund/cancel your order, your order will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee! This is up to my discretion - due to unprofessional behavior from client or breaking of group rules. [this doesn’t include oversells, damaged items, etc]
